Jack brings five years of recruitment experience in the Australian market, with a strong background placing talent across a wide range of industries and role categories.  He works across national search assignments, directly recruiting for opportunities in the Sales, Construction and Industrial sectors in NSW, Queensland and Victoria.  He supports end-to-end recruitment activity, from market mapping and candidate engagement to assessment, shortlisting and client coordination. Jack is known for his approachable style, his genuine interest in people and careers, and his ability to build trust with candidates and clients alike.  His experience across diverse markets enables him to identify high-quality talent quickly and to navigate competitive segments with precision and professionalism.

Ian is a Chartered Accountant and executive recruitment expert with 30+ years’ experience placing C-suite leaders, senior executives, and managers across Australia and internationally. He founded and led Balance Accounting Professionals, one of Australia’s leading recruitment firms for accounting talent, later acquired by ASX-listed Ross Human Capital, where he became National GM of Firstwater. Since 2002, Ian has expanded his reach across multiple industries, including Building & Construction, Smart Technology, Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices, Professional Services – Accounting, and Finance. He specialises in locating and securing hard-to-find, high-calibre talent to strengthen leadership teams and drive business growth. With proactive search strategies, market insight, and a track record of results, Ian ensures clients have the right people in the right roles at the right time.

Phil Kerry

Phil has been in the recruitment industry since 1987 having previously worked for Honeywell and BOC.  He established Dunhill Management Services with Brian Russell in 1990 and sold the business in 2001 to Robert Walters. Phil joined ASX listed Julia Ross Recruitment as the COO in 2002 before Mark and Phil established K2 in 2004. 

Phil has delivered national and international search programs within the public and private sectors over the past 20 years as well as leading large-scale resourcing programs to deliver major infrastructure projects. 

Mark Kerry

Mark has longstanding experience in executive recruitment across government, community, and industry sectors. He is known for his independent, strategic approach and for designing recruitment processes that deliver practical, enduring results.

Mark not only knows what it takes to succeed in life, he knows how to be the best in the world being a 3 time Olympian, winning a gold medal at the 1980 Olympic Games as a member of the 4 x 100 medley relay team.

She has held executive roles in large, complex organisations in Australia and Europe, where she has led major strategic initiatives, driven organisational change, and built strong stakeholder and community partnerships. She holds a PhD in Urban Development, with a particular focus on Sustainability and Culture. Her background also includes extensive international engagement, particularly across Asia and Europe, giving her a global perspective on leadership and talent. At Brown & Chase, Jacqueline focuses on senior and executive appointments across her specialist sectors. She is known for her sector insight, strategic perspective, and a collaborative, values-led approach to search.
