He founded and led Balance Accounting Professionals, one of Australia’s leading recruitment firms for accounting talent, later acquired by ASX-listed Ross Human Capital, where he became National GM of Firstwater. 

Since 2002, Ian has expanded his reach across multiple industries, including Building & Construction, Smart Technology, Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices, Professional Services – Accounting, and Finance.
