She holds a PhD in Urban Development, with a particular focus on Sustainability and Culture. At Brown & Chase, Jacqueline focuses on senior and executive appointments across her specialist sectors. She is known for her sector insight, strategic perspective, and a collaborative, values-led approach to search.

He founded and led Balance Accounting Professionals, one of Australia’s leading recruitment firms for accounting talent, later acquired by ASX-listed Ross Human Capital, where he became National GM of Firstwater. Since 2002, Ian has expanded his reach across multiple industries, including Building & Construction, Smart Technology, Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices, Professional Services – Accounting, and Finance. Phil Kerry

Phil has been in the recruitment industry since 1987 having previously worked for Honeywell and BOC.  He established Dunhill Management Services with Brian Russell in 1990 and sold the business in 2001 to Robert Walters. Phil joined ASX listed Julia Ross Recruitment as the COO in 2002 before Mark and Phil established K2 in 2004. 

Phil has delivered national and international search programs within the public and private sectors over the past 20 years as well as leading large-scale resourcing programs to deliver major infrastructure projects.
