With a rich history spanning almost 70 years, the Parramatta National Rugby League Club (PNRL) has established itself as one of the most iconic brands in Australian sport.  Parramatta now boasts the fastest growing membership base in the NRL, with over half a million supporters throughout Australia and have the potential and appetite to again become a powerhouse both on and off the field. 

 Chief Executive Officer

With an overlaying focus on creating a values driven club culture, the Chief Executive Officer will be accountable for providing inspirational, effective leadership and management to all aspects of the PNRL Club to ensure that the lofty goals of the board, members and community are met. 

Working closely with the Board, management team and additional stakeholders, you will be responsible for managing the strategic direction and operations of the club at all levels both on and off the field.  This includes leadership and involvement in day to day football operations, recruitment and salary cap management, external stakeholder management including the NRL, Leagues Club, Government, stadiums, sponsors, media, members and community groups, providing leadership to the management team and being ultimately accountable for the club’s success to the board.

The successful CEO will be an inspirational leader with a history of leading from the front in the high profile sporting administration arena.  You will be highly skilled with multi-level negotiations, with exceptional stakeholder management ability, experience managing good governance structures and with an intimate knowledge of the complexities associated with leading an iconic sporting brand.

Manager, Commercial Partnerships

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Manager Commercial Partnerships will be responsible for retaining and growing the club’s existing commercial partnerships revenue.  With a wide range of inventory including hospitality, sponsorships and game day experiences, you will be positioned to create sales and promotional opportunities for commercial partners.

As the Manager Commercial Partnerships, you will understand how to get the most out of the club’s inventory of assets to construct unique experiences and solutions for Parramatta’s commercial partners.  Additionally, you will have experience in developing new revenue streams, extending existing sponsorship agreements and being hands on with partners both in the lead up and during game days.

The successful Manager Commercial Partnerships will have a successful track record working in a similar role within a top tier national sporting club.  You will know how commercial partnerships work, and have experience managing commercial relationships, packaging assets and delivering solutions to meet budgets and grow the business.
