Our Leadership Effectiveness Program helps with not only on-boarding your new leader but also engaging them to actively participate as an effective part of the team.
It’s more than an onboarding program
The first 90 days are important, however we go above and beyond, our Leadership Effectiveness Program runs for 12 months working alongside the candidate and manager to ensure the success of your new leader.
Your new leader will:
- Understand what is important before they start a new role, what skills they will bring and how they can add value
- Know how to navigate the first day and first two weeks in a new organisation
- How to build relationships within their new organisation and understand who is on their team
- How to navigate and manage change when putting new plans in place that engage employees
- Understand personal effectiveness as a leader and action plan areas that require building
